Yoga as popularly perceived is a set of postures combined with breathing techniques. This hatha yoga comes under asana (postures) and pranayama (life breath control) of Raja/Ashtanga Yoga.
The four main line approaches of Yoga are:

2. Bhakti (devotional) Yoga
3. Karma (work) Yoga
4. Raja/Ashtanga (illuminating/eight part) Yoga.

1) Meditation Courses:
As is well known that meditation helps us get in touch with our inner peace/self, it has been gaining popularity over time.

If only we knew the right meditation for us, we would be able to seek solace and also find the answers to our questions from deep within us.

In yogic hierarchy meditation is placed higher than yogic postures, breathing techniques, even higher than yoga-nidra and concentration.

2) Customized yoga practice:
To develop a schedule of 45 to 90 minutes for an individual to use breathing and yogic techniques based on the needs and ability of the individual:

Thereafter the individual is able to carry out the routine at his/her place and needs to return only for a periodical review or in case of any doubt.
Once the program is set for the individual, a supervisor shall be deputed to monitor the workout at practitioner’s premises on a regular basis.
3) Pranayama training:
Prana means the essence of the air that we, our very life force. Ayama means to regulate and still in this context.
There are many breathing techniques which give us the power to gain regulation and diversion of prana.
To learn and practice properly for the suitable length gives great benefits, but mistakes and incorrect time is more harmful.

Jal Neti:This yogic technique easily allows you to cleanse the nasal passages and sinuses to alleviate allergies, sinusitis, and hay fever. It also leaves you feeling fresh and increases the absorption of prana. It also stimulates the clarity of eye-sight.
